Submit a support request with the app version, device model, and a description of the problem.

Requests are public. Do not include shift notes, pay details, passwords, protected exports, or other personal information.

Purchases and ShiftPro Premium

ShiftPro is £4.99 on the App Store, and CSV export is included for everyone. ShiftPro Premium is an optional in-app subscription that adds PDF, payroll and password-protected reports. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available under Settings → Plan.

Calendar and notifications

Review Calendar and notification permissions in their sections under Settings. ShiftPro asks only when you choose to enable the relevant feature.

Data and reports

Export, import, and deletion tools are under Settings → Data & Reports and Settings → Privacy.
